Program Access — What You Receive
Purchasing a Kindred Tails program gives you immediate personal access to all digital content within that course. This includes:
- Clinical skills and patient assessment modules
- Behavioral and handling reference guides
- Species-specific care frameworks
- Practice operations and management tools
- All supplementary resources included at time of purchase
Each enrollment is a single-user license tied to the purchasing account. Access cannot be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual or organization.
Five Days to Evaluate
From the point of purchase, a five-day review window opens. This period exists for one specific purpose — to allow a genuine assessment of whether the program suits your current professional development needs before substantial engagement with the content begins.
During this period, appropriate activity includes:
- Reviewing the full program and module structure
- Reading introductory content to assess depth and approach
- Evaluating whether the clinical or species focus matches your current role
The evaluation window is not a grace period for completing the program. Requests submitted after substantial content engagement will not be approved regardless of the timing within the five days.
The following factors do not affect this determination:
- Whether the program has been completed
- How long ago the purchase was made
- How much content remains unaccessed
- The price point of the enrolled program
No partial refunds are issued for programs accessed beyond the threshold, regardless of circumstances.
How to Request
Submit your request by writing to our support team. Include the following in your message:
- The email address linked to your Kindred Tails account
- Your order confirmation number
- The name of the program you are requesting a refund for
No extended explanation is required. Our team assesses requests using account verification and usage data. Requests submitted from addresses not registered to the account, or without a valid order number, will require identity verification before they can be processed.
After Submission — What to Expect
- Within 48 hours — your request is reviewed and a response is sent confirming approval or requesting further information
- On approval — the refund is initiated back to the payment method used at checkout
- Within 7–14 business days — funds are received, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing schedule
The processing timeline is outside Kindred Tails’ control and cannot be expedited. It is determined entirely by the financial institutions handling the transaction.
